We supported EssilorLuxottica in the strategic repositioning of Leonardo, the innovative learning platform designed for employees and partners worldwide. Our work included a full rebranding, a launch campaign, and the design of the digital ecosystem, with the goal of strengthening the platform’s identity and boosting engagement.
With over 5.3 million hours of training delivered in 30 languages, Leonardo has evolved into a sophisticated content hub, featuring certification programs such as Ray-Ban Expert, Oakley Expert, Transitions Specialist, and specialized modules like The World of Children’s Eye Care. The new visual identity and user experience reflect the platform’s contemporary soul: scalable, modular, accessible, and driven by a spirit of continuous growth — both individual and business-oriented.
