Aligned with EssilorLuxottica’s ambition to innovate the B2B customer journey, we collaborated on the design of the Red Carpet digital experience, an evolved platform that seamlessly integrates sales, marketing, and enriched storytelling within a fluid, immersive, and consultancy-driven environment.
Our contribution focused on crafting an interface that delivers tailored product recommendations based on purchase history and geographic location, making the experience highly relevant to each user.
Through the integration of artificial intelligence, products are dynamically categorized by trends and demographics, enabling high-value, personalized selections.
Today, Red Carpet stands as a key touchpoint in the dialogue with retail partners, offering a user experience refined in every detail and guided by insights, data and brand storytelling.
